The 4-Step "Safe Move" Protocol

Technical Dismantling (Pump Down)

We run the AC to "pump down" the refrigerant into the outdoor unit compressor. We then close the valves and seal the copper pipe ends. This saves you SAR 200+ on gas refilling.

Secure Transport

We dismount the indoor and outdoor units carefully. We transport the outdoor unit vertically (never flat) to ensure oil doesn't flow into the cooling coils, which kills compressors.

Professional Re-Installation

At your new home, we mount the bracket using a laser level. We connect the copper pipes (extending them if needed) and ensure proper insulation to prevent water dripping.

Vacuum & Commissioning

Before releasing the gas, we use a Vacuum Pump to remove air and moisture from the lines. This is the #1 step most cheap technicians skip.

✅ F.A.T. (Functional Acceptance Test)

We don't just hang it on the wall. We verify it works perfectly.

1. Pressure Hold Test (Soap Test)
After connecting the pipes, we pressure test the joints with soap solution to ensure there are absolutely zero gas leaks. A tiny leak now means no cooling in 2 weeks.
2. Drainage Slope Verification
We pour water into the indoor unit tray to confirm it flows out of the drain pipe immediately and doesn't pool inside (which causes leaking walls).
3. Cooling Delta Check
We measure the air temperature drop. The air coming out should be at least 10-12°C colder than the room air.
Does this include copper piping?
The service includes re-using your existing copper pipe if it is in good condition. If your new home requires longer piping, we supply high-grade American/Korean copper charged per meter.
