    Outdoor Pressure Wash: We take the unit to a safe area (bathroom, balcony, or yard) and use a high-pressure jet pump to blast dirt from the deep condenser coils.

    Fan & Motor Service: We clean the blower fan blades and lubricate the fan motor shaft if it's making a squeaking noise.

    Sleeve Cleaning: We wipe down the empty metal box remaining in the wall, removing bird nests or debris often found there.

1. Vibration & Noise Check
We turn the AC to "High Fan". The rattling should be gone. If the front grill is loose, we secure it to ensure a quiet night's sleep.
2. Light Leak Test
We check the edges of the AC installation. If we see sunlight coming through the gaps, we seal it with foam tape. This keeps Riyadh's dust storms outside.
3. Cooling Performance
We measure the air temperature. A clean Window AC should blow air between 10°C - 14°C.
FAQ: Do you fix gas leaks?
This is a Cleaning & Service package. If the unit is low on gas (not cooling at all), our technician can top it up for an additional fee, but Window AC gas leaks are often not economical to repair compared to buying a new unit.
